Returns & Refunds Policy

At St Neots Pet Care, we want you and your furry friend to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products (dog treats and consumables), we can only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • The return request is made within 14 days of receiving your order.

To initiate a return, please contact us at carey@stneotspetcare.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions and a return address.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a tracked postal service as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item

Refunds

​

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

We cannot issue refunds for:

  • Opened or partially used items.

  • Items returned after the 14-day window.

  • Perishable products that are not faulty or incorrect.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request a photo of the issue and will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
